Setup Crew
The Set Up Crew is responsible for the physical set up of rooms for special events, conferences, banquets, and other activities within the administrative oversight of the Perelman Quadrangle including:
- Responsible for the proper set up of special events with the aid of diagrams and/or written task lists.
- Performs tasks in a positive manner with other crew members.
- Moving/transporting/setting up/breaking down tables, chairs, stage platforms, and other furnishings within the Perelman Quadrangle complex.
- Ensures the safety, security, and smooth operation of the complex.
- Works weekends and varied shifts.
- Attends mandatory weekly meetings.
- Dresses in PQwear.
- Other duties assigned by the Assistant Managers of the Perelman Quadrangle.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Attention to detail.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Ability to work under stressful conditions and with a diverse student and administrative customer base.
- Team oriented.
- Strong spatial visualization.
