Reserving a Room:
- How do I apply for space?
Either through our web site or in person at Houston Hall, 3417 Spruce Street, Suite 307, Philadelphia, PA 19104.
- What is approximate response time after I apply for a space?
72 Hours (3 Business days).
- When can I submit reservations for Spring/Fall?
For Spring, October 15. For Fall, March 15.
- Who can I go to for details about my event?
An event coordinator will be assigned to all confirmed events. They will contact you at least two weeks prior to the date of your event. Every event will be assigned an event coordinator no matter the size of the event.
- If I'm corporate, do I go through Career Services or Perelman Quad?
Recruiters go through Career Services. All others go through Perelman Quad staff.
Fees and Charges:
- What do students get free of charge when reserving a room?
Students get free room rental, chairs and six 6’ tables.
- Do students pay rent for space?
If your group is registered with the Office of Student Life, then you do not pay to rent space.
- Do I get a discount as alumni?
No.
- Can I rent tables from Perelman Quad?
Department requests are at the discretion of management. Students should contact the operations deptartment of their individual school.

- What are the building hours of Houston Hall?
M-F: 6:30 AM- 1 AM, Sat-Sun: 7 AM-1 AM
- What are the hours at Houston Market?
Sun-Thurs: 11 AM-8PM, Fri: 11AM-7PM, Sat: 11AM-4 PM
- Is Houston Hall open over university breaks?

Miscellaneous:
- Do you do off premise audio visual rentals?
- Can outside schools schedule lunches if they are part of a show at Irvine?
Café 58 and Amado must be scheduled for large groups, but advance notification is requested and the name of the school requesting space is needed.
- What lot do we recommend for parking?
The Garage located at 38th & Walnut St. or 34th & Chestnut St.
