Please note that this Alcohol Policy is strictly for Perelman Quadrangle.
- Permission must be granted in writing by the Office of Alcohol Policy Initiatives for ALL events that wish to serve alcoho in Perelman Quadrangle. Please call 215-573-3525 to discuss your event plans and obtain permission that will then be faxed to Perelman Quadrangle.
- Undergraduate events are NOT be permitted to serve alochol.
- Non-alcoholic beverages, as well as food, must be available while alcoholic beverages are being served.
- Alcoholic beverages must be limited to wine and beer, no hard liquor or mixed drinks.
- Alcohol may only be served by a trained bartender who reserves all rights to request I.D. from any person who he/she does not believe to be 21.
- The renter must provide the bartender. If they cannot, Perelman Quadrangle Catering will provide a 4-hour service for $100.
- Kegs are not permitted in Perelman Quad administered spaces.
- Advertisements of social events shall not promote or describe the availability of alcoholic beverages nor promote the consumption of alcohol by minors.
- Perelman Quadrangle & VPUL Performing Arts Facilities are not licensed to sell alcohol at events. No exchange of money can occur within these facilities when alcohol is present.
- All Alcoholic beverages must be contained to the room that it is being served from.
- Guards will be staffed at our discretion and at the client’s expense.
